WHAT WE CAN FIX

Small technical problems can create big business friction.

Start with the issue affecting your visitors, leads, operations, or site reliability. Each sprint covers one specifically agreed technical problem.

01 / FUNCTIONALITY

WordPress errors

Unexpected behavior, broken functions, and selected update-related failures.

02 / COMPATIBILITY

Plugin & theme conflicts

Investigate a defined compatibility, configuration, or component conflict.

03 / EXPERIENCE

Broken layouts

Selected mobile rendering defects, spacing issues, or malfunctioning interface elements.

04 / PERFORMANCE

Speed & Core Web Vitals

Targeted, measurable improvements to an agreed performance bottleneck.

05 / SEARCH FOUNDATIONS

Technical SEO errors

Selected indexing, metadata, canonical, or structured-data configuration issues.

06 / LEAD CAPTURE

Forms & integrations

A defined contact-form, notification, or connection failure that affects business inquiries.

SIMPLE, CONTROLLED PROCESS

Diagnose.
Fix. Verify.

This is an engineering-led sprint, not a promise to solve every possible website problem for one flat fee. The written scope defines the work, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations.

What is outside the standard sprint?

Full redesigns, major migrations, extensive malware recovery, complex custom systems, regulated-data integrations, and unlimited troubleshooting. These require separate review and quotation.

01

Describe the issue

Send your website URL, the problem, the expected behavior, and how it affects your business. Do not send passwords or sensitive user data.

02

Approve the scope

Receive a written scope and confirmed price for the one agreed issue. The $199 reference applies only where the defined work fits.

03

Implement safely

After approval and the agreed initial payment, I review available backup/recovery safeguards and carry out the targeted work.

04

Validate and hand over

The affected functionality is tested. You receive a brief summary of changes, verification findings, and any follow-on recommendations.

THE DETAILS

Clear answers before committing.

Transparent scope and expectations make technical projects easier to manage for both parties.

Does every WordPress fix cost $199?

No. $199 is the provisional starting reference for one agreed, limited-scope issue. Complex or unrelated problems need separate assessment and pricing.

Do I pay before explaining the problem?

No. Describe the problem first. The initial scope review determines whether the sprint fits; detailed investigation and implementation can be paid work.

What are the payment terms?

The standard proposed terms are 50% deposit before implementation, with the balance due under the agreed completion and acceptance terms. Final terms are specified in writing.

When will my issue be fixed?

Timing depends on complexity, access, and existing commitments. A realistic schedule is confirmed before work starts; no unsupported turnaround guarantee is made.

Will you need administrative access?

Possibly. Access depends on the issue. Secure sharing methods are arranged after the scope is accepted. Never include credentials in the initial inquiry.

Can you support the website afterward?

Yes. Website maintenance and support may be scoped separately based on coverage, responsibilities, response times, and pricing.

NEXT STEP

Tell me what’s not working.

Describe your WordPress problem. I’ll help establish whether a focused technical sprint is the right approach.
